Kathir returned to the present when he heard a voice calling him

C: Kathir thambi.. Phone adikudhu paarunga…

K: Annae..

C: Edho balatha yosanai pola… Phone rendu dhadava adichutu cut aagiduchu!

K: Oh.. Idho Pakkaren nae..

He takes his phone and checks missed call. One is a hotel owner and the other is from shop.

He first rang up to the hotel owner

H O: Hello..

K: Hello.. na! Pandian stores la irundhu kathir pesuren.. Koopitu irundheengala?

H.O: Aama Kathiru… Konjam avasaram, Basmathi arisiyum, Milaga, appuram, Maida maavum, Godhumai maavum …. Vazhakamana alavu dhan. Night delivery kidaikuma pa?

K: Night ah? Enna nae.. Ivlo avasaram ah?

K: Naan annan kita pesitu unga line ku varen nae.

The Hotel owner cuts the call and Kathir dails the shop.

Saravana picks the call

S: Hello

K: Naan Kathir pesuran da. Annan ila?

S: Irukanga nae… Yaar kita kudukatum? Irunga.. Moorthy annan dhan pesunamnu sonnaru..

Kathir waits a few seconds for Moorthy to come on line

M: Kathiru… enna da? Phone kuda edukama .. Godown velai mudiyalaiya?

K: Ila nae.. Innum konja nerathula mudinjidum.

He signs to ask the carpenter how long it will take, he answers it will be a maximum of 15 mins.

M: Enna da.. Mani ippave 8.10 aagudhu!

K: 8.30 kula mudinjidum nae… Naan edhuku koopiten na.. Surya Hotel owner kopitu irundharu..

M: Ipo dhan da en kitayum pesinaaru! Kaasu vishiyathula avar kita endha kuraiyum sola mudiyadhu. Avaru kekara saraku ellam iruka? Kuduka mudiyuma? Kudutha adutha load varaikum thozhil disturb aaga koodadhu da.

K: Saraku lam full ah iruku nae. Naan vandhu edhuthu poi kuduthudaren.

Naan avaru kita pesikaren nae.

M: Sari da.. Mudichitu seekiram veetuku vandhudu.. Seriya.. Carpenter night velai seiyalayam.. Ipo dhan Jeeva sonnan.

K: Seri nae. Vachidaren

He called up Hotelowner and confirmed the order, assuring delivery that night itself. By the time, carpenter has completed his work and prepared to leave.

Kathir asked him to visit Moorthy anna for further discussion and payments. Once he left, he took the necessary stock for the order that is at the godown and started to the shop.
